Exeter Guildhall Parking
Exeter’s Guildhall has been standing almost as long as the cathedral and was once the centre of civic government. After a facelift in the 1590s and some TLC in the 19th century, the only sign that it was once a Medieval building is the small church in the middle of the complex. Over the centuries, it has been used as a jail, a courthouse, a wool store and the Guildhall even displays a sword that used to belong to Admiral Lord Nelson.
