The Joint Administrators continue to trade the NCP business, however, following an initial assessment of operations, 22 sites have been identified that are commercially unviable and will be closed from 27 March 2026. The other 318 car parks remain open and there are no further sites identified for closure at this time. The 22 sites identified for closure can be found at pwc.co.uk/ncp.

The best way to let us know you've lost your ticket is to contact us online through our Online Chat service here. Alternatively, you can call our Season Ticket team on 0345 050 7080 (option 2).
We'll organise a replacement Season Ticket for you. The first replacement is free, after which there is a fee of £5 plus VAT for each further replacement ticket. Unfortunately we wont be able to refund the cost of your parking whilst you're waiting for your replacement ticket.
