Zelf Hussain, Rachael Maria Wilkinson and Mark James Tobias Banfield have been appointed as Joint Administrators of National Car Parks Limited to manage its affairs, business and property, and act without personal liability. The Joint Administrators continue to trade the NCP business, however, following an initial assessment of operations, 22 sites have been identified that are commercially unviable and will be closed from 27 March 2026.
