MIF competition terms and conditions
- The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of National Car Parks Limited (NCP) or MIF its associated companies, their families, or agents.
- You'll be automatically given one entry into our competition to win one of three pairs of tickets for Tree when you Pre-book your parking using the code FESTIVAL19 at one of the following car parks: Manchester Arndale, Manchester Bridgewater Hall, Manchester Central, Manchester Chester Street, Manchester Chorlton Street, Manchester Deansgate, Manchester Great Northern 1, Manchester Great Northern 2, Manchester King Street West, Manchester Oxford Street, Manchester Palace, Manchester Piccadilly Gardens, Manchester Piccadilly Plaza, Manchester Printworks, Manchester Spinningfields, Manchester Arena.
- The prize draw is open for new bookings made between 00:00 GMT on Monday 10 June 2019 and 23:59 GMT on Saturday 22 June 2019 for entries between 4 July 2019 and 21 July 2019. Bookings received after this time will not be valid for prize draw.
- NCP accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
- Winners will be notified by email by Tuesday 25 June 2019 and they must provide must provide their name, email address, mobile number and any access requirements. MIF will need this information in order to process the tickets. If the winner does not respond to us within five days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and NCP will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- Tickets will be available an hour before performance starts, from Upper Campfield, Market Hall, Manchester on the day of the performance.
- Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and have no cash value. All tickets remain the property of Manchester International Festival (MIF).
- MIF reserves the right to make changes to the event where reasonably necessary to do so. Dates subject to availability. The venue and/or MIF reserves the right to refuse admission.
- The decision of NCP regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- The winner's name and county can be obtained by sending an email to ncpmarketing@ncp.co.uk by Monday 8 July 2019.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. NCP reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- The winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name in any media. By their attendance, ticket-holders consent to filming, sound recording and being photographed as members of the audience.
- The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
